Studio Quality Drawing Experience
The glass screen of the Xencelabs Pen Display 24 has been carefully designed to provide the right amount of friction for a great drawing feel. The carefully designed surface also allows the hand to glide smoothly across the screen, providing superior pen control. Two types of nibs are included, standard and felt, that deliver a drawing feel similar to traditional media. The pressure curve has been meticulously tuned to be more responsive thanks to a panel of artists who provided their pressure data. Pen response is adjustable to match your drawing style.
For the lightest touch, the Xencelabs pens can match your preferred sensitivity. Initial activation pressure is adjustable to as low as 3g.

Pantone® & SkinTone™ Validated, 4K UHD IPS screen boosts workflow: Ultra-high-definition IPS screen with a resolution of up to 3840 x 2160 and delivers 1.07 billion colors. Even being scaled times, details are still clear and sharp. Good for sketching details.
Ergonomic and Adaptable
Comfortable for hours of use and can adapt to the creators' preferences. Drawing surface is continuous and uninterrupted by buttons or seams. Two different pen sizes are provided to fit different sized hands and preferences. The Quick Keys clip allows the Quick Keys to be attached anywhere along the four sides of the display allowing it to be placed in the most comfortable location. The Quick Keys can be operated in the hand or on the desk and used wired or wirelessly. The included Tilt Stand enables the Xencelabs Pen Display 24 to be tilted easily with one hand adjustments at angles between 16 and 72 degrees. Available early in 2024, will be the optional Xencelabs Multi-Axis Stand. This has multiple tilt angles, rotation, portrait mode, space for a keyboard, and a unique off-the-desk mode. The off-the-desk mode allows the display to be placed very close to the user's body for enhanced drawing comfort. Short-cuts are the key to productivity and streamlining workflow. The Xencelabs Quick Keys enables artists to incorporate shortcut keys into their regular workflow through an easy-to-use interface. The OLED display and physical dial allow you to create up to 40 shortcuts per application and group sets of related functions like sketching, coloring, and editing. Artists who previously found shortcut keys slightly cumbersome to use can now benefit from a powerful efficiency booster.
Easy to Use plus More Comfort
The Quick Keys OLED display makes it easy to remember which keys are assigned to which shortcut, and the programmable color ring indicates which function you're currently using. The adjustable sleep timer ensures your controller will remain on while you work, and the display brightness can be set to conserve battery life. Designed for comfort, the Quick Keys wireless connection allows you the freedom to position the controller in four different orientations to best fit your preferences and can be used while charging.
Xencelabs provides several popular application short-cut key defaults that you can use as-is or as a model for creating your own. When you click on a new application, the short-cut key assignments for that application will automatically be loaded. Key assignments can be exported, named, and imported as needed.

Hassle Free Returns
At Motion Media, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Motion Media within 30 days. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, please allow 10 business days for a refund check to be issued.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Motion Media reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%.
How to return or exchange an item:
- In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- To request an RMA number, please visit our contact page and send us an email with the request.
- To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 310-450-4000.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
